Based on operating experience, the full drying cycle, starting from material feeding to the discharge of dried products, takes 30 to 40 minutes. The exact time depends on the dryer model and rotation speed of the main shaft.

The paddle dryer is suitable for processing various materials such as pharmaceuticals, food ingredients, and chemicals. Depending on the application, the heating temperature can reach up to 400°C (750°F).

The spin flash dryer reduces the moisture content of materials by bringing them into direct contact with heated gas, enabling rapid drying of pastes, slurries, and filter cakes.

A standard fluidized bed relies solely on air velocity to suspend and move materials through the evaporator. In contrast, a vibrating fluidized bed uses mechanical vibration to assist material movement, improving flow consistency and control, especially for challenging or sticky materials.

The compressor pressurizes the secondary vapor generated during evaporation, increasing its temperature, pressure, and enthalpy. This upgraded vapor is then reused as the heat source for continued evaporation, significantly improving energy efficiency.

Yes, the rising film evaporators are well-suited for vacuum operation, which allows for lower evaporation temperatures, higher efficiency, and reduced fouling or scaling. Under atmospheric pressure, vapor velocity at the tube outlet should be maintained at 20–50 m/s, while in vacuum conditions, it can reach 100–160 m/s for enhanced performance.
