Evaporation and Crystallization
The evaporation and crystallization process is influenced by multiple factors, including feed composition, temperature, evaporation rate, and crystallization time. Maintaining the right balance between these variables is essential to ensure the formation of high-purity, well-structured crystals. If the temperature is too high, the solute may decompose or trigger unwanted chemical reactions. If it's too low, crystal growth can slow down or result in incomplete formation. Careful control of temperature, evaporation rate, and crystallization time is key to achieving optimal product quality.
To meet these process demands, we offer a range of evaporation and crystallization systems. These include MVR (mechanical vapor recompression) evaporators, falling film evaporators, rising film evaporators, forced circulation evaporators, natural circulation evaporators, and wiped film evaporators. Equipment selection is based on the characteristics of the raw material, expected performance, and the available steam or electrical resources at the production site.
